New Year, New Look, New Opportunities, theLexperience & Hart Art Splash Into 2024

"As we begin 2024, we are filled with much enthusiasm about all the possibilities that lay ahead for us, both with theLexperience and Hart Art,” explains Caroline “we’ve started the year with a new appearance, wanting to keep the resemblance of our original Lexperience logo but with a fresh, more vibrant, look that ties in with our tropical theme artwork.”

“We’ve already filled our calendar with all the Winter Haven Farmers markets and Camp Margaritaville Auburndale’s Paradise Markets through to June. We’re full of inspiration for creating new artwork in studio and can’t wait to share it with art lovers, near and far.” Says Laurie.

“We’re currently working on some commission pieces, both digitally and on canvas, as well as new artwork for our upcoming markets. Our minds are constantly bursting with new ideas and it’s so rewarding when they are well received.” Caroline says.

As Hart Art rounded up the end of 2023 it was extremely hard for artists Caroline and Laurie Hart to keep their many commissioned pieces under wraps.

“These are just some of the pet portraits people received for Christmas. We are now open for 2024 commissions and are already working on our first.” Explains Laurie.

“Our best selling print of 2023 was “Bubbles Up”, a tribute to the one and only Jimmy Buffett,” Caroline explains “we absolutely love Jimmy, his music and inspired lifestyle and created this in his memory.”

“It also coincided with Hart Art being invited to showcase and sell our work at Camp Margaritaville Auburndale,” Laurie continues “our style of work fits in perfectly there and, just like Jimmy sang in his song about Key West, we feel we have found the perfect home for our artwork at Camp Margaritaville.”

“We really enjoy meeting our art lovers, some become regulars and friends and we are eager to see familiar faces, along with some new ones in 2024.” Says Caroline.

“For those people who aren’t able to attend to any of the markets we take part in, we have expanded our online catalog of prints which we will continue to add to this year.” Says Laurie.

2023 IN REVIEW

“THANK YOU to ALL our valued ART LOVERS!”

Hart Art Creates Memories To Last A Lifetime With Beautiful Portraits Of Your Precious Fur Babies.

Hand drawn Pet Portraits by Caroline Hart of Hart Art

“Pets are part of our family and being pet owners ourselves we know just how important they are to us. We started by drawing our sweet cockapoo Logan (pictured center below), and then other people wanted their pets drawn too.” Explains Caroline Hart.

Creating Michelle with her beloved Stella

“I absolutely love drawing each animal, looking at their faces and really seeing into their eyes. It is so artistically rewarding when people receive their pet portrait and getting their reactions, knowing you’ve created something so special is heartwarming.” Caroline continues “It was absolutely wonderful to receive the photo (below) of Temple with her framed portrait of Beanie along with this message.”

“Thank you for creating the beautiful portrait of Beanie…it is very much loved as she is.” Temple.

“Each portrait is hand drawn, all we need are a couple of good photo’s to work from. They also make great gifts for any pet lover and it’s never too early to think of Christmas.” Says Laurie. “If you would like us to create a pet portrait for you or someone you know please visit Hart Art Pet Portraits for more information.”

Brenda with Billy

“Although it takes Caroline many hours of detailed drawing, it is so worthwhile when we present the finished print piece of art to the pet owner, especially when you can see the emotion the portrait evokes.” Explains Laurie.

“We really loved chatting with everyone who stopped by our booth during the festival, some new faces, some regular customers and even family who made a 166 mile round trip just to see us!” Explains Laurie.

“Since being accepted into this prestigious art festival we’ve really been getting our creative juices flowing. Together Laurie and I have created two extra special pieces measuring 4’ x 2’, each extremely different but both represent real Florida.” Says Caroline.

LORD HONEY, Hart Art joins celebrity Chef Jason Smith at the Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival.

ARTISTS Caroline and Laurie Hart hit the road to join Chef Jason Smith in Fort Lauderdale for the Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival, bringing with them the official Chef Jason Smith Art Collection. Jason was there to judge the BBQ Battle as well as bringing his unique food demonstration to the The Grand Tasting.

The Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival is a spectacular event, with all the delicious food you could imagine and so much more than wine to drink. From copious amounts of the very best bbq, to endless cocktails and all the bourbon anyone could wish for. What makes this now annual event event more impressive is its commitment to donating proceeds to the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.

The weekend kicked of Friday night with Jason judging the BBQ Battle.

”What a fabulous way to start our weekend, sampling all the contestants delicacies, Jason sure had a hard job on his hands deciding who was the best.” Explains Caroline.

The BBQ Battle took place at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas and the place was buzzing.

“Not only did we get to feast on the smokingly delicious food we also got to dance the night away with great music provided by DJ MP 1914.” Says Laurie.

“We couldn’t have imagined a more picturesque spot to bring our artwork, right across from the Fort Lauderdale beach at the Las Olas Oceanside Park.” Says Caroline “It really was such an honor to be there and totally brilliant seeing all the fans reactions to the Chef Jason Smith Art Collection.”

“It was as hysterical when Jason was with us and fans suddenly realized it was actually him in person, they were so excited as he personally signed all their artwork.” Laurie explained “And all washed down with a bit of bourbon, it couldn’t have been better!”

”Everyone involved in the festival were so welcoming and helpful, even though it was obviously extremely busy, all the events were completely sold out, they always made time whenever we needed it.” Says Caroline.

AS FEATURED IN HAVEN MAGAZINE!

What a terrific start to 2023, being featured in Haven Magazine! Haven Magazine holds a special place in the Hart’s hearts.

“We were given a copy by our lovely next door neighbor the day we moved into our home in Winter Haven.” Explains Caroline “We loved the cover so much, we framed it and it proudly sits on our wall alongside one of our pieces of art.”

Now the Hart’s have come full circle and were featured in the January 2023 issue of Haven. “We were interviewed by Tara Crutchfield and she did such an amazing job, we couldn’t be happier with how she told our story.” Says Laurie, “We want to give a big shout out to both Tara and Amy Sexson for taking the time to make this happen.”
